We will take the time to explain these fees and charges to you in greater detail if you need us to.

We’ll discuss what options are available based on your current financial situation. Reports will be provided that outline current interest rates and repayments for your desired mortgage amount.
In your initial meeting, we will discuss the various types of home loan products available. We will also explain the entire process from getting pre-approval all the way to the day of your settlement date.
